E-levation accept no responsibility when acting
on the instructions of a customer for any infringement whatsoever
of copyright or registered design.

Domain names
|
Whilst E-levation shall expeditiously seek domain
registration, E-levation shall not be liable in the event of the domain
having been registered by some other person by the time the E-levation
seeks registration in which event a full refund will be paid to the
client without any other liability on the part of the E-levation for
loss by the client.

|
Fee payment |
- 25% of negotiated fee due on commencement of site construction.
- On delivery of 75% approx. of site for client input, feedback
and approval, 50% of fee due.
- Remaining 25% of fee due on delivery of completed web site.
